Hot 26
Discipline. Strength. Focus.Hot 26 is a structured, consistent practice designed to strengthen, detoxify, and align the body through a set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Practiced in a 105 degree heated room with 40% humidity, this class enhances flexibility, endurance, and mental resilience.
🔥 We offer two versions of this class:
60-Minute Hot 26 – A condensed version for a powerful, efficient practice.
90-Minute Hot 26 – The traditional full-length sequence for a deeper experience.

🔥 Temperature Options
We offer Vinyasa at different warmth levels to support your practice:
Hot Vinyasa (95–100°F) – A fully heated experience designed to warm the body, deepen flexibility, and build strength.
Warm Vinyasa (85–90°F) – A gently heated option that supports mobility, breath, and mindful movement without intense heat. (Often our Sunday morning and evening flows.)
If you’re new to heated classes, Warm Vinyasa is a great place to start.
Temperatures may vary slightly depending on class style and teacher approach.
