 This Yoga series includes three robust 2.5 hour Asans 50% Yoga & 50% Ceremony & Music Healing. The Freedom from Struggle series centers on building Presence & getting the struggle out of our practice. By using our breath, active feet & a relaxed neck, we can create a deeper focus & begin nurturing our best quality of attention. The Freedom from Struggle series includes working with partners in Double Yoga, backbends, inversions & plenty of fun in musical sun salutations with a difference.

About Ana Forrest

Ana Forrest has been changing lives for over 45 years as an internationally recognized pioneer in yoga and emotional healing. She is the Creatrix of Forrest Yoga, a mystic, visionary, philanthropist, author, and Medicine Woman. Ana’s work is rooted in her own journey of healing from trauma, addiction, and chronic illness, inspiring her mission to help others heal physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

The Origins of Forrest Yoga

  • Developed Forrest Yoga, a deeply physical and introspective practice designed to create lasting transformation on and off the mat.

Jose Calarco is the co-director of Forrest Yoga, a visionary artist, musician, and ceremonial leader with deep roots in shamanism, Indigenous traditions, and the healing arts. With over 30 years of experience as a faith healer and Medicine Man, he brings a unique blend of music, storytelling, and sacred ceremony to every Forrest Yoga event.
