OPTION 2 - Collaborate With Us

(Revenue-Share Partnership)

This option is designed for facilitators who want to co-create a workshop or special event with Asha Yoga & Wellness, engaging both your audience and ours.

If your workshop idea is approved, we’ll work together to shape, promote, and host an offering that aligns with our community, values, and programming goals. This model is best suited for offerings that feel like a natural extension of Asha’s mission and schedule.

Because collaboration involves shared investment of time, marketing, and studio resources, clear expectations are established in advance to ensure the event is viable and aligned for both parties.

What Collaboration Includes

  • Listing on the Asha Yoga & Wellness website, with booking and registration handled through our platform

  • Promotion through Asha’s marketing channels, which may include:

    • Email marketing

    • Website features

    • In-studio promotion

  • Collaborative support in shaping the offering to align with our community

  • Shared responsibility for marketing and filling the event

This is a true partnership. We expect collaborators to actively promote their event as well — this is not a passive listing or guaranteed audience.

Revenue Split

  • Ticket revenue is split 50/50 between Asha Yoga & Wellness and the facilitator

  • The revenue split is calculated after direct event expenses, including (but not limited to):

    • Booking or platform fees

    • Credit card or payment processing fees

    • Approved event-specific costs outlined below

All expenses and revenue calculations will be clearly documented and shared following the event.

Minimum Enrollment & Event Viability

For each collaborative event, ticket pricing, revenue-share terms, and a minimum ticket sales requirement are discussed and agreed upon in advance.

The minimum enrollment is intended to ensure the event is viable and mutually supportive. If the agreed-upon minimum is not met by the designated deadline, the event may be rescheduled or cancelled.

Event Expenses & Cost Sharing

Certain events require additional coordination, materials, or operational support. These costs are considered direct event expenses and are deducted prior to the revenue split when applicable.

Examples may include:

  • Temperature adjustments (when room temperatures require active heating or cooling outside of the regular class schedule): $25 flat fee

  • Workshop-specific supplies, such as:

    • Flowers

    • Ritual or craft materials

    • Journals, handouts, or printed materials

    • Candles or décor

  • Tables & chairs (if needed): $20

Any anticipated expenses will be discussed and agreed upon in advance as part of the collaboration planning process.

Collaboration Cancellation Policy

(Applies to Collaborate With Us / Revenue-Share Partnerships)

Collaborative events are planned and hosted in partnership and may be cancelled or rescheduled by either party if the event is no longer viable or aligned.

  • Collaborations may be cancelled or rescheduled by mutual agreement without penalty to either party

  • No rental fees apply to collaborative events

  • If approved event-specific expenses have already been incurred (such as supplies or materials purchased in advance), those costs will be addressed separately and transparently

  • When possible, both parties will provide timely notice and communicate openly to minimize disruption
